‘The Iron’ is up at Matchbook with a little critical thought on the side. Thanks to Brian and Edward, the wonderful editors. I’m very excited about this piece. It’s a companion to ‘The Bookcase’ and ‘The Bee,’ both at elimae, and a few others looking for a home.

‘Partita in American English for Michelangelo Antonioni (1912–2007)‘ is at Writers’ Bloc. Thanks to Kevin Dickinson for the best designed literary website on the web (he also added stills from all of the Antonioni films mentioned). John Minichillo and Matthew Dexter and other great writers’ work also appear.

Fiction Magazine, Dogzplot, and Sententia are having Elizabeth Ellen, Kim Chinquee, Peter Schwartz, Christopher Kennedy, Robert Lopez, Nicolle Elizabeth, Karen Baddely, Steve Rosenstein, Marie Barrientos, G.D. Peters, Paul Hylan Segar, Ken Sparling, Geoffrey Nutter, Jen Michalski, Mark Mirsky and Shya Scanlon read. 7pm

On June 5th at 6pm at the Nightengale Lounge, myself and PETER SCHWARTZ, KENDRA GRANT MALONE, TIMMY WALDRON, JOHN MADERA, GREG GERKE, HEATHER FOWLER, DAVID PEAK, SASHA FLETCHER and BARRY GRAHAM are reading.

On June 6th at 5pm at Unnameable Books in Brooklyn, myself, Ken Sparling, Jennifer L. Knox and John Madera will be reading. Ken and Jennifer have new books coming out, in fact Ken’s is aptly named BOOK. Jennifer’s might not be out in time but she has others.

On Monday June 14th at Pacific Standard Bar in Brooklyn, a Big Other extravaganza will be taking place with games, prizes, raffles, music and readings. Mary Caponegro will be the headliner.
